Hosting & care
Your site should not be the thing you forget until something breaks.
Indelible hosts and looks after the sites we build. Backups, security, speed, and the small fixes, all handled, so the only time you think about your website is when you want to.

When something goes wrong, most people get bounced.
Your host says the server is fine, so it must be your website. Your web person says it looks like a hosting problem, so call your host. You are in the middle, the site is still broken, and nobody owns the fix.
That handoff is where small problems become long ones. We built our hosting so it cannot happen.
How it works
We are the host and the builder. On purpose.
When something breaks, we start at the server and work outward until it is fixed. DNS, the certificate, performance, whether the emails your forms send land in an inbox instead of spam, the code itself. It is all us. Nothing falls through a gap between two vendors.
That is also why we only host sites we built. We can promise to cover the whole scope because we control the whole scope.
No surprise invoices. Ever.
Say a plugin update we ran turns out to conflict with something downstream. We do the diagnostic work to confirm it is not the server. By the time we know exactly what the fix is, most of the work is already done.
Here is what does not happen next: a bill you did not see coming. If there is billable work left, you hear the number first. If you say no, you owe nothing. You are never charged for a decision you did not get to make.
Two ways to run your site.
Which one you are on follows how your site was built. Nearly every new site is Fully Managed.
-
Fully Managed (the standard)
We build it in Eleventy and we run it. It is static HTML, so there are no plugins or themes to break, almost nothing to hack, and it stays fast and accessible by design. This is what nearly every new Indelible site is.
-
WordPress (when you need to drive)
For clients who need a content management system or an online store, or who want to log in and make changes themselves. More moving parts means more upkeep, and that part is ours to handle.

They truly care about us, and it feels like we are in very good hands with them.
Never trapped
Host with us because it is good. Not because you are stuck.
Your site is yours and the code is yours. If you ever want to move it, we hand it over and help you go. We would rather earn next month than lock you into it.
Things worth knowing before you sign up.
Do you host sites you did not build?
As a rule, no. The promise that we cover the whole scope only holds on a site whose code we control. Sites built elsewhere have surprises buried in them that turn every support request into a guessing game, so we keep our hosting to the sites we build.
What happens when my site goes down?
We get the alert, usually before you notice. We start at the server and work outward until it is back. If the cause is external, like a domain or a third-party service, we diagnose it and walk you through the fix.
Are content updates included?
On Fully Managed plans, yes, starting with one minor update a month and scaling up from there. On WordPress hosting, content changes are billed hourly or by project. New page templates and features are quoted by project on any plan.
Will my contact form emails actually get delivered?
Yes, and that is not a given anywhere else. Most sites send mail straight from the web server, which is why those notifications and confirmations so often land in spam. Every site we host sends through a managed, authenticated relay with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC aligned to your domain, so your forms reach the inbox. It is standard on both hosting models.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Hosting is month to month. Your site and its code are yours, and if you ever want to leave, we help you move it.
Can I get strategy and content growth, not just upkeep?
Yes. That is the Indelible Partnership, a separate growth engine built on monthly market intelligence, and it works on either hosting model. Upkeep keeps your site healthy. The partnership grows it.
Upkeep keeps it healthy. Growth is the next step.
One less thing to worry about.
Tell us what you are running and where it lives now. We will tell you what makes sense, and what, if anything, to clean up before we take it on.
