Your market, decoded. Free through July.

Indelible sends you five reports on one private microsite: your market, your competitors, your site, and the openings in search, with a clear plan of the highest-impact moves. It is free through July for our founding cohort, the first ten organizations with at least $4,000 a month behind their marketing. No sales call required. After July it is $1,500.

We handle most of the work in three steps.

  1. Tell us where to look.

Your website address and an email to send the report to. A few optional questions if you want a sharper read.

  2. We do the research.

Real tools, real analysis, reviewed by hand by our founder, Mike Dion. The same process behind our client work, not an automated scan.

  3. Your link arrives.

Usually within a day or two. A private intelligence microsite, five reports, one link that is yours alone.

What is in the report?

The Indelible Strategic Intelligence Report is five reports on one private microsite: an overview scored on Found, Understood, and Chosen, a full SWOT, a forward radar of your market, a month of mapped content, and your site and growth recommendations in priority order. It runs the same research engine behind our client work, and your link opens a private site built for you alone.

Strategic intelligence

See how the intelligence adapts to your industry.

A report is only worth paying for if it answers the questions your business actually has. Different industries get a different read of their market and different openings surfaced. A few anonymized snapshots:

Home & trade services

We surface the searches your buyers make that nobody in your market has claimed.

Search opportunities with monthly volume, ranking difficulty, and who currently ranks.
SearchSearches / moDifficultyWho owns it
[service] rebate [state] 480 Low Unclaimed
[service] [your town] 210 Low Unclaimed
emergency [service] near me 1,300 Medium Weak incumbent
[brand competitor] 720 High Owned by a rival

The opening: three high-intent searches your customers make every month, all low-difficulty, none claimed in your area. The report ranks them by value and hands you the pages to write.

Wellness & regulated retail

Every month, a read of what is shifting in your market and what to do about it.

This month’s signal

Your category is splitting. Regulators and retailers are turning against one product class and rewarding the cleaner alternative, and the timing favors you, for now.

  • What changed A major competitor was hit with litigation and forced to reformulate. What to do Target their displaced buyers and the shelf space they are vacating.
  • What changed A national body legitimized the natural version of your product. What to do Claim the “clean and natural” position before rivals regroup.

The opening: the report watches the whole industry, not just your site, so a competitor’s bad week becomes your content calendar and your shelf-space pitch the same month.

B2B & professional services

We map who AI assistants cite when your buyers ask, and how to get you into the answer.

A buyer asks an AI assistant“Who are the best [service] firms for [need]?”

Named in the answer today

  • Competitor A Cited
  • A national directory Cited
  • Competitor B Cited
  • You Not yet cited

The opening: when your buyers ask an AI which firm to use, three names come up and yours is not one of them. The report shows exactly what to publish and how to structure it so the answer engines start naming you.

Nonprofit & advocacy

We find the questions your supporters are asking that nobody answers well, and where your work is the answer.

Questions supporters ask, how well the market answers each today, and the recommended move.
Supporters askAnswered well todayThe move
Where does my donation actually go? Almost nobody answers this Open lane. You already have the numbers.
How are you different from the national org? The national org owns the answer Reframe it. Local proof wins here.
Can I see the impact of my gift? Answered with stock photos, no data Your annual report is the answer.
Is this cause still urgent in 2026? Thin answers, all outdated Winnable with one current page.
Is my donation tax deductible? Answered well everywhere Crowded. Skip it.

The opening: supporters ask five questions before they give. Four are wide open and you already hold the answers; one is crowded and not worth your effort. The report ranks them and turns each open lane into a page that earns the search and the trust.

Every example here is anonymized. Your report is built on your real market, your real competitors, and your goals.

Questions you are probably already asking.

Is it really free?

Yes. It is free through July for our founding cohort, the first ten eligible organizations. Eligible means growth is a real line in your budget, at least $4,000 a month behind your marketing. That is who this intelligence is built for. We cap it at ten because each report is real hours of senior work, not an automated scan. After July it is $1,500. Everything we send is yours to keep.

Is this a sales pitch in disguise?

No. There is no call required to get the report, and no obligation after it lands. If we do not find at least one meaningful opportunity, we will tell you straight. The report is yours whether or not we ever work together.

What exactly is in it?

It is five reports on one private microsite. You get a full SWOT, a forward radar of your market, a month of mapped content, your site recommendations in priority order, and a growth plan for your industry. An overview scores your site on Found, Understood, and Chosen, all real analysis rather than a generic checklist.

We give first. We ask second.

The only thing we ask comes at the end of your report. If it is useful, we will offer an optional live walkthrough of the findings, a free sample of the monthly review our partners get. No pressure, no obligation, and you keep the report either way. Indelible is opening ten founding spots to organizations in Southern Vermont and beyond. It is free through July, then $1,500.
